We need a statement from all Bachelor students about the payment of your tuition fees.
Exchange students, Double Degree students, Preparatory Course students and Master students do not need to complete this form.
Part A
On an A-form you indicate that tuition fees are paid and by whom. We need this statement to make a match between your payment and your registration as a student. You will receive this form with your letter of acceptance.
Students who have paid a financial guarantee need to complete this form as well. Your financial guarantee will cover your tuition fees.
Part B
Part B is an authorisation form with which you authorize Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen to collect the tuition fees from your bank account in one or more instalments. This is only possible for students who already have an active bank account in The Netherlands upon arrival. If you opt to pay your tuition fees in instalments, please note that you sign the authorisation form for the full amount of tuition fees. Make sure that there is enough money in your account because, if your debit payment for the tuition fee fails three times in a row, your enrolment will be cancelled with retroactive effect from the first day of enrolment of the relevant academic year.
