Your student card is proof of being enrolled as a student. This card and an official statement of enrolment will be made as soon as you have met all requirements for your enrolment, with the exception of legal residency. Of course we also need to have received a clear passport size photograph of you. Our advice is to make sure you have met all requirements before 1 August for September intake and before 1 January for our February intake, to ensure that you student card is ready for you upon arrival.
Once you are registered as a student you will be able to make use of Hanze’s computer facilities. Our ICT department will issue a personal login code and user name to you.
