Diplomas issued by Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen are officially printed only  once. In case you wish to have a diploma replacement, you will receive a copy in black and white. You will be charged 25 Euros for the diploma replacement, payable by means of a cheque that will be sent to the address you have submitted.

Before requesting the replacement diploma, please contact Student Administration of Hanze UAS by sending an email to studentadministration@org.hanze.nl.

In this email, please submit  the information listed below:
Name, (first name, fully spelled out, the initials of the other names and the family name).
Date of birth
Name of the programme you studied
Date/year of graduation
Address data

Do you still have the official diploma and you wish to have a certified copy? You should make a copy yourself and go to one of the locations of Student Administration. Your copy will be certified free of charge. If you live abroad or outside of the province of Groningen, you can send the copy to Student Administration. In the accompanying letter you should state that you wish to have the copy certified. You should also supply the address to which we can send the certified copy.
