Please use this link to register and book a hotel for the conference as a participant. You will receive an invoice.
Registration fee
Attending the conference two days:
Early bird € 260
Standard € 320
Attending the conference one day:
Early bird € 145
Standard € 170
Students attending 4 or 5 October:
Early bird € 45
Standard € 55
Early bird: discount fee if registered before August 6th.

- Entrance to all sessions
- Refreshments and lunch on both days
- A conference map
Cancellation
- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days prior to the conference: 80% of the registration fee will be refunded
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days prior to the conference: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for a refund
You will receive an invoice. We kindly request you to pay within 10 days of the invoice date.
Hotel reservations
Hotel accommodation in Groningen can be booked through the Groningen Congres Bureau. To ensure sufficient accommodation is available, we have reserved blocks of rooms at three hotels in Groningen for conference guests (to view details of the hotels please see hotel details).
Transportation to/from the conference venue will be arranged for guests booked into one of these hotels.
Hotel accommodation can be booked when registering for the conference. Have you registered and do you wish to add a hotel reservation, please send an email to info@gcb.nl.
