From 14 – 18 March 2011 21 colleagues from 20 different Erasmus partner institutions and 11 different countries visited Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen. This year the one-week programme addressed various aspects of human resource management. Because of the specialized nature of the programme only colleagues with a back ground in HRM were invited.
The guests attended several presentations and participated in workshops and discussions and met many Hanze (UAS) colleagues whose daily work is in the field of human resource management. Of course, we made sure that there was also some time to discover the city of Groningen and to socialize with colleagues. More information: see programme 2011.
