International Student Office

Over the past few years, Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, has seen a sharp increase in the number of foreign students who come here for either a short period as an exchange student, or for several years as a fee-paying student with the aim of obtaining a degree.

The ISO assists these students with various practical matters such as:

the application and admission procedure;
finding accommodation in Groningen;
getting the right insurance;
obtaining a visa;
obtaining residence and work permits.
