Parents, friends and family are invited to join our Welcoming Day through a livestream on our website.
The livestream starts at 10.30 and ends at 11.30 hours on this webpage.

The programme includes welcoming speeches by the Mayor of the city of Groningen, the Executive Board and other representatives of Hanze University Groningen, an information market, an introduction into Dutch Culture and Education, a lunch and sessions on important practical issues that you need to take care of as an international student.
Programme
09.30 – 10.30 hrs welcome and possibility to register for social introduction programme
10.30 – 12.45 hrs welcoming speeches, introduction into Dutch Culture and Education, explanation social programme
12.00 – 12.45 hrs first information session about practical matters for all international students
12.45 – 14.15 hrs lunch and information market
14.15 hrs second information session, only for Non-EU students, for example about immigration, banking and civil registration
