TBC check-up

All non-EU nationalities (except Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Surinam and United Stated of America) need a tuberculosis check-up done by the GGD (municipal healthcare services). You need to comply with this requirement for your residence permit. We invited the GGD to our Welcoming Day, to do a TBC check-up on site. If you miss this date you will need to make an appointment and visit them at Hanzeplein 120, Groningen (city centre), opposite the hospital (UMCG). Phone 0031-50-3674100. You need to bring: your original passport and the TBC-form (it is in your envelope).
