The Centre for Applied Labour Market Research and Innovation wishes to contribute to solving the increasing discrepancy between question and demand in the labour market of the north of the Netherlands by helping to increase labour participation and/or work productivity. It is with this mission in mind that the Centre for Applied Labour Market Research and Innovation aims to support companies in the north, employees, social partners and governments to strike a new balance between flexibility and job security on the labour market in the north of the Netherlands within and between organisations. On the one hand the competitive power of organisations will be be increased in this way, on the other hand the job security of employees will also grow.
