You are eligible for the programme if you have a diploma comparable to the Dutch HAVO (higher general secondary education) level, or higher. Your qualifications at this level must include mathematics and physics and preferably chemistry and/or biology.
Students who possess an International Baccalaureate Diploma in the English language that includes examinations in Mathematics (HL) and Physics (HL) are eligible for admittance. It is strongly recommended, when possible, to complete Chemistry courses (HL) too.
As HIT is an international school, a comprehensive understanding of English is a must. For the study programme Advanced Sensor Applications, a minimum of an academic IELTS test with an overall band score of at least 6.0 (six) is required. Here you can find more information about the language requirements for first year students.
The Advanced Sensor Applications Bachelor starts in September. We don't offer a programme that starts in February.
