Petra van Heugten from IBS hopes to establish a profile with specific and generic competencies to be used as input in a student “ontwikkelmonitor”. This “ontwikkelmonitor”, a tool to check students’ progress of various competencies, is available to students, academic advisors and teachers but the information can be used directly by companies.
