European Business International Finance and Accounting International Management International Marketing

European Business

Only currently enrolled Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, students may apply for this minor.

The IBS mission states that the purpose of IBS is to “educate students of different nationalities to become responsible and entrepreneurial international business  professionals”. One way of achieving our goal is to provide students with the chance to practice the knowledge, skills and attitudes they have already gained during their studies in integrated approaches. In other words, once students possess the appropriate skills, they can collect relevant information from various sources independently and thus learn more effectively.

The aim of this minor is to have students develop an understanding of the different commercial situations (legal, finance, logistics, human resource management, etc.) in European countries. This is done by offering classes on international law, finance, personal development, international business / area studies, European business environment and English business communication.
