Civil Engineering Exchange Programme

Exchange Programme
Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, has cooperation agreements with a large number of universities around the world. Students from one of our partner institutes may apply for one of our exchange programmes, generally at undergraduate (Bachelor) level. Exchange students are accepted on the basis of a nomination by the partner institution. You can enroll for the Exchange Programme if you are a student of one of the partner institutions of the School of Architecture, Built Environment & Civil Engineering.

A study for you? 
You are fascinated by bridges, airports, roads, dikes and fly-overs and a creative team player who likes to sketch and draw. With programme International Civil Engineering Management (ICEM) of Hanze UAS you are ready for the international job market of civil engineering. Engineers trained in the Netherlands are highly sought-after throughout Europe. You will encounter Dutch contractors and engineering firms on European projects. The programme combines a thorough theoretical basis with practical experience. You will visit building projects, work on realistic problems taken from professional practice and regularly attend lectures by guest speakers. You acquire a lot of knowledge by doing research or projects together with fellow students from Germany, Denmark, China, Poland, Sweden, Indonesia and more countries.
