About the programme: Challenge in Real Estate

The Real Estate department offers a five months programme in international Real Estate Management in English, in which students participate from all over Europe. The programme is centered round the project "The European Challenge". Knowledge and skills required in the project are obtained and developed through classes and skills training sessions in the subject area mentioned in the schedule. Moreover, the course includes excursions, seminars and lectures from guest lectures from all over the world. By the end of the semester you will have reached a level in knowledge and skills that will enable you to operate as a professional in an international context.

In this project students also learn to act as a team, to plan the work to be done, to divide tasks and to solve problems. The teams communicate with the client both orally and on paper, write reports to inform the client and give presentations to the client to clarify every step in this consultancy process.

For who?
We welcome students from the Hanze University and students of partnerschools with a permission from their home institution to study at the Real Estate Management department of Hanze University Groningen.

The semester starts every semester (September or February). You can earn 30 European Credits (EC) with this exchange programme. You can find the division of the credits per course in the schedule below. Beside the exchange programme it's also a certificate programme.
