International Sirius-minor: ‘Create your future'

February 2012 - July 2012  For highly talented students*

Young people are growing up in a turbulent world and it’s hard to become who you are. That’s why we’ve developed the international minor  ‘Create your future' for high talented students at the Hanze University Groningen. The minor is one of the results of the European DIVA-project To-Gather.

Seven reasons to follow the minor
1. To open the senses towards the self, the other and your future profession.
2. To gather highly qualified knowledge about ‘the multiple society’ and the cultural heritage.
3. To learn in an innovative way through different learning styles, disciplines and especially music.
4. To do research towards your future profession (real life learning and lifelong learning).
5. To communicate and cooperate with other students from the minor and the Hanze University.
6. To feel committed to values and norms inside the framework of human rights.
7. To develop a multiple choice identity in a multiple society.

You are welcome when you are highly talented and a bachelor (year 3/4) or a Master student, an international student at the Hanze University or a student in Europe (CiCe and ETEN-network), Northern Africa or the Middle East (EMUNI-network).

In December 2011 there will be a pre-selection for the honored Sirius-minor ‘Create your future'. Do you want to know more about the pre-selection? E-mail the project leader Wim Kratsborn (w.m.l.kratsborn@pl.hanze.nl) or go to the website www.to-gather.org
