Our annual ‘Welcome back-event’ called “Eat & drink around the world” was organized on Tuesday 6 September 2011. We’ve  started this tradition last year for all IFM students and staff. All participants, except for 1st year students, were asked to bring some food and drinks to the party from the region/country they’re from or familiar with. For most of the IFM staff and the 2nd and 4th year students it was the first opportunity to meet the first year students. And of course it was the occasion to welcome back the second year students from their summer vacation and the fourth year students from their year abroad.

 
The eat and drink around the world took place in the Cast. It was great to see that students brought so many different tasty and colorful dishes from different countries. Some of the students and staff even prepared the food themselves. We’ve seen and tasted dishes from Mauritius, Aruba to Vietnamese. There was more than enough for everybody. This event was a great start for a great and successful year!
