Course Outline
Educating students thoroughly in the area of International Facility Management means hard work for students as well as lecturers. The first two years focus on providing a thorough grounding in the area of International Facility Management. After that, there are various options for determining your personal course of study. The following flow chart represents the course outline. The arrows indicate the points within the programme where you can choose how you wish to continue your studies, allowing you to decide on the type of Facility Manager you want to become. A study coach will help you within this process.
Theme Based Programme: fully taught in English
The International Facility Management curriculum consists of four years, each of which is composed of four blocks. Every block takes ten weeks and deals with one specific theme. Theory is assessed by exams but also practically tested by means of projects and assignments carried out both alone and in groups of international students. These are tailor-made to fit the theme of the particular block concerned.
* The possbility to choose a profile is depending on the amount of students that are enrolled in the programme.

Second (Undergraduate) Degree
If you finished a Bachelor within an adjacent study programme it may under conditions be possible to gain a second (undergraduate) degree in Facility Management in 1,5 year.
