This minor is about retailing. So the end user is central and shops (virtual or real) are what we are talking about. Retail is detail, so we are going to study retailing in all its ins and outs. We do the theory by studying an American book called Retailing from Patrick Dunne. To this book there are several cases and assignments. The central project is an assignment on a special store: The House. The marketing plan for this store must be presented at the end of the course. We will work in pairs of two. English will be there as support and not compulsory for native speakers.
