Part 1 (Block 7  - International Marketing Research)

In the project, each group of students should investigate, either the opportunities to export a product currently sold in Holland to one other country, or the possibility to import a foreign product in the Netherlands successfully.

Desk research should be used to describe:

  •  market size and development;
  •  competition.

 Field Research should be used to describe the customer needs and acceptance of the product.

This should result in an advisory report. This report contains a recommendation how the product should be introduced (successfully), taking into account customers and competition.

This project will be supported by marketing research and statistics and English classes. The students’ second modern language, taught in the major line of year one, is involved in this block.
