"Ik studeer hier, omdat de Hanzehogeschool de enige hogeschool in Nederland is die civiele techniek met een internationale studie combineert. Ik wil internationaal werken, want ik wil dáár werken waar de economie het hardst groeit. Nu is dat in India, China en Rusland. Daar wil ik het liefst turn-key projecten doen, waarbij ik bijvoorbeeld op kantoor zit in Moskou en bezig ben met de bouw van een installatie ergens in the middle of nowhere."

"To the Dutch students I want to say that they really have a lot of opportunities, like to go to exotic locations or really special companies. The funny thing is that they don’t realise this. Also the teachers are really helpful. It’s not just dry theory we get, the problems and the projects are very practical, almost real. And if we have a project about a bridge, we go to the bridge to see and find out."
