This minor combines technology with international entrepreneurship covering areas such as energy, sustainability, corporate social responsibility.
The first part of the minor deals with the aspects of preparation for international expansion, basics in international economics, and international organisation and (energy related) technology. In a practical project these aspects are used to determine the best possible country to expand your technology based business to.
In the second part the emphasis is on three aspects of business: Marketing, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Finance. In a project a strategic paper is drafted. The ultimate question that needs to be answered is how the international expansion will be successful. A computer simulated Management Game is part of the minor.
Project teams consist of students with different nationalities.
