The wide variety was in origination and topics. We had people from the United States, Canada, Germany, Canada, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom, Finland, France and the Netherlands. And the topics were from streetlights to quality management, from hostmanship to hospitality and from safety management to transcultural communication. The auditorium was filled with an audience of 150-200 persons, the majority consisting of Dutch fulltime FM-students.
