The course Introduction to data processing with Python will teach you how to use simple programming techniques (scripting) to deal with the huge amounts of data that modern biomedical experiments generate, such as next-generation sequencing and other high-throughput platforms. You will learn how to write scripts (small programs) using the Python programming language.

HanzeConnect is an organizational part of Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen that supports professionals in their development and helps companies to develop the competencies of their staff members.
