This forms the completion of the master presentation. To prepare for the master presentation you follow some mandatory modules, such as Leading & Guiding, Project management & Entrepreneurship en Practice-Based Research.

After Graduating

After Graduating

As graduated master Wind Band Conducting you have become a top conductor who plays an active and innovative role in the national and international cultural landscape. A pro-active attitude in discovering new possibilities and work fields for the orchestra and yourself is distinctive. You point out broad social developments within the arts at an early stage and you can translate these to artistic policy and interesting artistic results.

You are a strong communicator and you know how to approach people with different backgrounds. You are capable to have the final responsibility artistically as well as organisationally. Artistically, meaning to develop your own concept, realising a strong sound culture and hence creating a niche for the orchestra.
