Serious work and serious play. In the Game On program you will develop an educational digital game, work closely together with an international group, broaden your horizons by crossing borders, and learn from other disciplines besides your own. Sounds good? Then it's GAME ON!

As part of a multicultural team you will develop a game concept, research the target-audience, question the theory of games, psychology and experts and produce a game that aims to change behavior through learning. You will be involved in classes and workshops and will collaborate with students from different schools and countries in developing a multi-platform game together. You will be challenged to combine skills while exchanging cultural knowledge with your fellow students.

Aid Projects

Over the years, student teams of GameOn developed games targeting regions and audiences in Sub-Saharan Africa and West-Asia. The games addressed subjects like malaria prevention, HIV/AIDS and personal hygiene and were especially developed for children in primary schools. The goal: educate children by play, instead of by textbook.

After the minor

By the end of your GameOn, you and your team will have developed a game for PC or mobile device. A game designed to make children aware of certain behavior and their consequences. During the several developmental stages, documents (reviews, papers) and prototypes will be evaluated at every level. The end product will be presented to the client.
