During graduation the student is intensively supervised and receives workshops in peer supervision. During the traineeship a professional coach guides both the trainee and the company.

The students are challenged to implement the graduation assignment and develop their intercultural leadership skills, enhance problem solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
