Cees Reezigt is Professor of Organisation Design and Change. His research focuses on agile organisations, with attention to strategy, structure, culture and people-centred change in complex environments.
How can organisations remain agile in a continuously changing environment? Together with entrepreneurs, organisations across various sectors, students and other researchers, interdisciplinary answers are sought to questions related to the theme of agile organisations.
Within the Professorship Organisation Design and Change, the interrelationship between strategy, structure, systems and culture is central. Reezigt’s work builds on many years of experience in research and education at the University of Groningen, where he was involved in the development of the Master’s programme in Change Management. The connection between theory and practice has always been central to this work.
