The Spacelab extends the makerspace's principles into the virtual arena.

Besides acting as a hub for programming and technical questions, it allows students to get hands-on with virtual technologies. Inquiring minds can play around with the 3D scanner and holographic display, or with one of the several Valve Indexes hooked up to dedicated VR stations, allowing students to enjoy and experience the possibilities of virtual reality for themselves. Besides pure VR, Spacelab's green stage acts as a backdrop for motion capture and virtual studio recording. As technology develops, we try to keep Spacelab on the cutting edge as much as possible.
