During the programme you will take part in two business simulation games: Business Essentials and Supply Chain Management.

Business Essentials Simulation

Step into the world of business and experience what it’s like to run a company! In this simulation, you’ll take on the role of a board of directors, making key decisions in a realistic business environment. Your classroom becomes the marketplace, where teamwork and project management are essential for success.

Because this is your first group project, you’ll also focus on building professional skills and developing intercultural competence—important qualities for working in today’s global business world.

Supply Chain Management and Simulation

In this module, you’ll explore the basics of Supply Chain Management and Logistics, and learn how sustainability impacts these processes. Then, you’ll put theory into practice in a competitive business simulation. You and your team will run a virtual company, making decisions across six rounds in areas like:

• Supply Chain
• Finance and Accounting
• Marketing
• Human Resources

After each round, you’ll get feedback and reflect on your choices—just like real business leaders do. It’s a dynamic, hands-on way to understand how different parts of a business work together and how your decisions shape success.
