Learning how to move better is an important prerequisite for lifelong, sustainable, safe, enjoyable and healthy sports and exercise. In short, stimulating better sports and exercise training is crucial and the role of the sports professional in this regard is significant. The central themes include: multiple movement proficiency, motor learning, self-regulation, learning to perform better and load & recovery. Our ambition is that based on current knowledge and innovations in the above mentioned themes, we can teach people how to move better. We do this for individuals and groups, from young to old, and from recreational to elite level.
