Hanze Capacity Building

Students enjoying the entrepreneurship week in Arusha Technical College

Curriculum improvement projects funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Hanze University of Applied Sciences carries out capacity building projects with partners in developing countries. On behalf of Hanze UAS, this part of the Hanze Centre for Development Cooperation registers with NUFFIC, RVO, NWO-ARF to be eligible to carry out a project. Only projects that have benefits for Hanze UAS partners and projects that are often in line with Hanze UAS's spearheads are registered. Think, for example, of projects on entrepreneurship, healthy aging and renewable energy. The projects are sponsored and funded by the Dutch government or the European Union. If Hanze UAS does not have all the knowledge to carry the project alone, it collaborates with other Dutch partners. Think, for example, of agricultural knowledge.
