Admission procedure

The admission procedure for the MSc in Business Studies (Interdisciplinary Business Professional) consists out of three phases. You will find the deadlines for the first application group ('batch') in the steps below.

  1. You apply via 'Studielink' with a Bachelor degree or an equivalent degree from abroad within the domain business studies and related fields. The application deadline for the first batch is 22 January 2021.* You also submit the required documents: a Bachelor diploma (if available), transcript (grade list), CV and a motivation letter. If you are an international student, you might have to submit an IELTS test certificate, with a score of 6.5. For more detailed information, please click on the PDF file below or go to the hanze general admissions information page. You can find the Master in Studielink by looking for its official name: M Interdisciplinary Business Professional.
  2. Students who are considered as eligible for the Master are invited to take an online admission exam. You will have four days to finish the admission exam. The online admission exam will take place between 1-4 February. No exemptions can be accommodated.
  3. If you pass the online admission exam you will be invited for a final admission interview, which can take place either in person or through Skype. The interviews will take place from 15-17 February. During the admission interview, you will be asked to motivate your choice and expectations, as well as discuss the admission exam.
