Counselling

Study career counsellor

Studying at a University of Applied Sciences, let alone in another country, sometimes takes some time getting used to. Think about all the differences: the other (study) culture, other people, the language is unknown and the environment is not known. At the start of your studies you will therefore get an academic counsellor who helps you as much as possible. You might also get support from your fellow (international) students at Hanze UAS.

Internship

Internship

An internship of five months occurs during the second part of the third year. This internship wil take place at an international organisation. By working in a company and by carrying out an assignment you experience working in an international organisation.

Minors

Minors

The fourth year starts with a minor programme of one semester: an elective semester. For example, you can do a minor International Sustainable Entrepreneurship at the School of Financial Economic Management, a minor in another School of Hanze UAS or a semester at another university of applied sciences at home or abroad is also an option.

Graduation

Graduation

In the second semester of the fourth year, you complete your study programme with a thesis, a research assignment at a company where you work for a large part of the week. This results in your graduation product/report in which you show that you are ready to start working as a starting financial professional.
