Dr. Klaske Veth

Dr. Klaske Veth is professor of Leadership & Sustainable Employment at Hanze University of Applied Sciences. Through her research and teaching, she supports organizations and professionals who aim to create healthy, future-oriented, and inclusive work environments.

Within her professorship Leadership & Sustainable Employment, Klaske Veth focuses on three research lines: Well-being at Work (W@W), (Self-)Leadership, and Inclusive Work. These areas cover themes such as HRM, vitality, healthy ageing, personal leadership, and social impact. She also teaches in various master’s and (post-)bachelor programs.

Klaske Veth regularly publishes in national and international scientific journals and books, and she presents her work at conferences both in the Netherlands and abroad. She earned her PhD at Radboud University with The Driving Power of Development – HRM and Employee Outcomes Across the Life-Span, a dissertation nominated for Best Dissertation at the International HRM Conference.

Before joining higher education, Klaske Veth worked in various (managerial) HR roles across multiple sectors. She completed the postgraduate program Coaching and Consulting in Context at Utrecht University. She built her academic foundation with a degree in Management & Organizational Sciences from Tilburg University.
