Business Labs

The Business Labs are simulation environments in which you work in groups in a business-like set up. You will participate in a simulation game in which several groups compete on a particular market. During this game, you and your group are expected to make decisions which are increasing in difficulty as the game progresses. The game teaches you to understand the interrelationship between the principal areas of business and understand the benefits and issues related to group work.

These hands-on experiences include:

• Global Talent Management – Gain insight into Human Resource processes and learn how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent worldwide.
• Market Strategy Plan – Collaborate with a real company to design a strategy for exporting a product to an international market.
• Consultancy Plan Project – Work as part of a consulting team to tackle a complex business challenge, balancing sustainability goals with financial growth.
